LHNA Hosts North High Administration in Successful Zoom Event

“Meet Your Principal” Event a Great Success

On Monday November, 22, Lowry Hill Neighborhood Association (LHNA) board members hosted a virtual event with North Community High School Administrators. The 40 minute conversation focused on the new partnership between the two groups to raise funds for the North High Polars Track and Field equipment needs. Speakers included Principal Mauri Friestleben, Assistant Principal Steve White, and Track and Field head coach Chris Skoglund.

LHNA has proposed a commitment of $10,000 to the $43,000 needed in funding. Members from the community were also invited to attend the event and encouraged to ask questions. Several neighborhood residents pledged their financial support to this cause and were excited to hear about future investments in North High.
