LHNA Launches Initiative to Enhance Community Safety  

“Know Your Neighbor” is a new initiative designed to enhance community safety and well-being in Lowry Hill.

Led by LHNA’s Crime & Safety Committee, Know Your Neighbor is a neighbor-to-neighbor and cross-block communication system, used to communicate information when neighborhood crime occurs.

Sue Westerman, LHNA’s Committee Chair has recruited Block Captains for 80% of the blocks in Lowry Hill.  Block Captains disseminate communication to their neighbors quickly and efficiently, based on facts.
