Lowry Hill is a beautiful built and natural environment where neighbors gather. We are a volunteer-led association fostering connections, working to inform and engage neighbors and improve shared spaces.

Uptown Farmers Market

Lowry Hill is proud to once again sponsor the Uptown Farmers Market in 2026! We’re excited to have another summer of shopping local with live music and more.


Lowry Hill Service Saturdays

3rd Sat. monthly•10–11:30 AM
Meet at Sebastian Joe's (1007 W Franklin Ave)

These friendly walks around the neighborhood are a great opportunity to get outside, meet neighbors, pick up litter, clear drains, and build community!


Monthly Board Meetings

1st Tues. monthly•6:30–8 PM
Kenwood Community Center (2101 W Franklin Ave)

Input at Board meetings is welcome from all attendees throughout the meeting, and there is special time dedicated at the beginning for introductions and at the end of the meeting in the open forum section for any attendee to bring up a topic of interest. Contact us to get on the agenda.

Lowry Hill Committees

LHNA conducts much of its business through Committees, which meet at the call of the Chairs. Committees are open to any 16+ Lowry Hill residents:

  • Communications & Outreach / Contact: Holly Ebener
    Oversees communication between the Board and Lowry Hill residents, including e-newsletters, advertising, social media content, and this website.

  • Crime & Safety / Contact: Sue Westerman
    Works to keep our neighborhood safe for all residents, by developing programs that promote safety, and recruiting block leaders. Learn more.

  • Events / Contact: Jackie Baylor-Brown
    Helps coordinate neighborhood events, including the annual events listed above. For current event dates and times, check the events calendar.

  • Green Team / Contact: Greta Chizek
    Works to promote and keep Lowry Hill green spaces, and shares environmental info and resources from the City’s many departments. Learn more.

  • Neighborhood Revitalization Program / Contact: Betsy Beck
    Collects input from residents, sets strategy, and organizes priorities for NRP funds. Past efforts include park improvements, housing projects, and preservation efforts.

  • Zoning & Planning / Contact: Will Stancil
    Reviews zoning-related apps and recommends action to the Board. Monitors development plans, and takes a proactive approach towards issues in Lowry Hill.
