ICE: Healing Artists Fund

Calling MN artists: Use your creativity to support community healing! Artists Respond: Rooted and Rising supports Minnesota artists to lead neighborhood-scale projects that foster connection, healing, and resilience. Artists whose communities have been impacted by harm, fear, and loss due to Minnesota’s ICE occupation can receive $2,500 to create spaces for reflection, storytelling, and renewal.

Have an idea for a community project in your neighborhood? Applications will be accepted on a rolling deadline, every two weeks through April 23, 2026.
