Ice Skating Social at Lake of the Isles - Sunday Jan 18.

The ice skating social is an annual event jointly hosted by the neighborhood associations in Lowry Hill, Kenwood, and East Isles.   Skating at Lake of the Isles on a winter's afternoon is one of the finest experiences in the city  - whether the temperature is a balmy 20 degrees or a heart-stopping, courage-testing minus twenty degrees.   Enjoy hot chocolate and a blazing fire at the rink's edge.   The faint-hearted are welcome to hover in the warming hut.  Event is from 1-3PM.
